I work with anxiety, depression, everyday health problems, Understanding ND-Autism and ADH, Bereavement and trauma.
I am an integrative counsellor and use an understanding of attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, trauma & poly-vagal theory, interventions such as CBT and the use of sensory media, when working with clients.
I work creatively if required, for grounding and safety and as a method of communication, particularly with younger clients and when working with schools.

Additional information
If clients need to use the lovely private space that I rent out there is an increased charge of £8 to cover costs.
In my experience clients usually need to attend a minimum of six sessions before a review, for there to be evidence of therapeutic change. However the client can end sessions whenever they are comfortable to do so.
