About me
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor offering online and in person counselling sessions to help you work through life's challenges and start to feel more like yourself again.
I have experience in working with many different mental health issues and difficult life situations. Whether its depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, trauma, relationship breakdown or something else. Counselling is effective for all types of issues and offers benefits such as improved mental health, enhanced self-awareness and growth, better relationships, improved coping mechanisms and resilience and improved quality of life.
I aspire to be a kind, down to earth and supportive counsellor, helping you work through difficult feelings in a gentle and non-judgemental way.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a distinction level 5 Diploma in Counselling Skills and theory from an integrative approach.
I am also an accredited registrant of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (NCPS). This means I am a member of a recognised professional body ensuring high standards of ethical practise and providing public safety.
I am fully insured.
I offer a gentle reflective space where you can start to talk about and process difficult life experiences, helping you move forwards with self compassion, awareness and resilience.
Whilst my approach can help with all kinds of struggles and life situations I have a particular passion for working with trauma, anxiety, dissociation, emotional regulation, grief, abuse and women’s issues.
