About me
As a qualified/registered counsellor, I provide a warm, down-to-earth space where we can gently explore what is keeping you stuck. My clinical experience is rooted in helping individuals navigate issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship breakdown and more.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I work integrally which means I tailor our sessions to what you uniquely need—whether that is processing past experiences or building practical tools for the present.
