About me
Specialist therapy for IVF and infertility.
I am a therapist who supports women with all aspects of IVF and infertility.
I know how difficult and challenging IVF can be, and how much of an impact it can have on your life. I also know how lonely and isolating it can be - as other people can't really understand unless they have experienced it.
I am committed to supporting women navigating IVF and infertility because I have experienced it personally.
I had a long infertility journey which included many rounds of IVF, donor eggs, and a number of miscarriages. It was the hardest thing I have been through in my life and affected me profoundly. That is what made me want to specialise in supporting other women who are facing these issues.
I know that therapy can't magic away what you are going through, but it can help you feel supported, validated in your experiences, and less isolated and alone. Therapy with someone who has been there and gets it, can also make you feel understood.
My therapy training provides the clinical foundation for my work, and my personal experience of this journey provides the core understanding of what it is actually like. While it is working with women clients day after day who are going through this, that informs what I do more deeply. I am always learning and always trying to find ways to support my clients in the best way I can.
If you would like support from a therapist who has been through IVF themselves and understands the depth of what you are going through, please get in touch.
My Approach
My approach as a therapist is warm, compassionate and down to earth. I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine and human - a space where you can be yourself without feeling judged, analysed or talked down to.
My role isn't to fix you, but to be alongside you, supporting you and helping you navigate the complexity of what you are dealing with.
Whatever stage you are at in your IVF and infertility journey, I would like to support you if I can.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
