About me
Are you struggling with anxiety, stress, depression or low self-esteem?
Perhaps you’re experiencing bereavement, family issues, relationship difficulties, or feeling overwhelmed without fully understanding why.
I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Whether you're dealing with loss, trauma, low confidence, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to help you make sense of things and find a way forward.
I am a qualified counsellor working with a person-centred approach, which means our sessions are led by you. I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build together - one where you feel truly heard, understood and never judged.
I support clients with a range of issues, including:
- Addiction & addictive behaviours
- Anxiety and stress
- Depression and low mood
- Low self-confidence and low self-esteem
- Bereavement and childhood bereavement
- Family issues and relationship challenges
- Trauma and emotional overwhelm
My aim is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your experiences, and your emotions - so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence and peace.
Sessions are 1 hour long and usually take place weekly at the same time to provide consistency and support.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but finding the right therapist is incredibly important. I encourage you to trust your instincts, you deserve to feel comfortable and safe in the space you choose.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions and get a feel for how I work. You can contact me by phone or email to arrange a time that suits you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
