About me

Hi, I am Ruth. I am offering you a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and work towards a greater understanding of yourself. I am based in a peaceful setting in East Sussex, surrounded by nature. Perhaps you are feeling stuck, lost, anxious or have low self-esteem. Processing what is going on inside us is tricky. Feelings such as anger, loneliness, sadness or shame are challenging to be with. I work relationally, together we can build a therapeutic relationship where you feel held and supported as we gently unpick what needs tending to, enabling healing, awareness and space for personal growth.

Training, qualifications & experience

Level 6 Diploma in Counselling. I am an Integrative Counsellor with a special interest in Transactional Analysis, drawing on Person Centred and Gestalt. I use different theories and models depending on your personal needs.
