About me
Hello, I'm Rosie
I am a person centred/client led counsellor working with individuals, couples and young people. I offer in person sessions from a cozy space in Middlewich and Crewe or also offer online or telephone sessions.
Your needs are important so I make sure I draw on a range of techniques and therapy so that you get the best from our sessions together. My main aim is that you feel safe and comfortable enough to open up and talk about your feelings and experiences where we can work through them with empathy and without judgment. I believe passionately that talking really does help. Sometimes it may be challenging and hard but I am with you during your journey.
The first step:
You may be feeling nervous about beginning your counselling journey but once you've made the initial contact with me I offer a free brief chat on the phone as a chance to say hello. Once you've booked a session I'll send across all the details in a message to confirm. It is really important that you feel you can connect with me as a counsellor.
**Please include a telephone number in any enquiries**
I will aim to get in touch with you with 24 hours.
