About me
Building a healthier relationship with yourself can look like understanding the negative self talk, judgement and self critical voices. It becomes so much a part of us that it feels impossible to think about a time it did not exist. Understanding adult relationship patterns, connecting to and getting comfortable with the discomfort of childhood pain, understanding and growing our relationship with our parents is some of the things we can work on. This may look like setting boundaries in relationships, understanding frequent patterns that come up in your relationships, making space for your voice through the loud chatter of everyone around you and learning how to trust yourself and the choices you make.
Seeking therapy can be a step into the unknown. Having the person across from you meet you at your most vulnerable with kindness, compassion and non judgement can be an extremely powerful experience. This is the space I hope to provide for you.
I am a registered integrative therapist with over 10 years of experience in the field. I have experience supporting people with a range of concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, family issues, low self esteem, abuse and relationships. As your therapist, my role is to provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your inner experiences, the relationships you hold and how you understand your place in the world. Together, we will think about what is important to you and the difficulties you experience. We will work together to become more curious about your experiences, think about new perspectives and create space for meaningful change.
I offer long and short term therapy online and face to face. Face to face sessions take place in Twickenham (TW2), and Richmond (TW9) and online sessions are available across the UK. The space is easily accessible via public transport and with paid parking close by.
My Practice
I have experience working with various groups of people within the charity sector and in private practice. This includes sexual abuse, PTSD, childhood trauma, emotional neglect, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, and emotional/unavailable parents.
What to Expect
Beginning therapy can sometimes feel a little uncertain. I encourage you to bring those feelings along with you. My hope is to provide you with a space that feels open and safe enough to question and explore. There is always room for some giggles and your authentic self.
The first session
Making a decision on a short call can be challenging. I offer an assessment session in which we give the time and space to speak about what you want to work on in therapy and to gain a sense of what it is like to work together. If the assessment feels right for us both we will schedule further sessions.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
