HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist

About us

Hi, I’m Natalie, a HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist.

You might be here because you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or struggling to make sense of your emotions or experiences. Maybe you’re used to holding things together on the outside, but internally it feels heavy, confusing, or exhausting.

I offer a culturally sensitive space where you can explore what’s going on for you without judgement. I have a particular interest in how cultural identity, race, and life experiences shape how we see ourselves and move through the world, but you don’t need to come with a specific focus. If you’re wanting to understand yourself better, you’re welcome here.

My approach is collaborative and grounded. We’ll work together to explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while also building practical tools to help you cope, feel more in control, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Clients often come to me wanting to:
• feel less overwhelmed by their thoughts and emotions
• build confidence and self-trust
• make sense of their identity and experiences
• develop healthier ways of coping

If this resonates with you, you’re welcome to get in touch to see if we’d be a good fit.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.
