About me

Overthinking, overwhelmed, or feeling different?

You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and be truly heard. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, identity, neurodiversity, or relationship difficulties, we can work together at your pace to make sense of what’s going on and find a way forward that feels right for you.

Anxiety | ADHD | Identity | Transgender | Self-esteem | Relationships

I have particular experience supporting transgender clients and those who are neurodivergent (including ADHD). If you’ve ever felt different, misunderstood, or like you don’t quite fit, you are very welcome here.

My approach is grounded in deep listening, honesty, and respect. I won’t try to fit you into a box or tell you who you should be. Instead, I’ll support you in understanding yourself more clearly and building a life that feels more authentic and manageable.

Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience of navigating identity, shame, depression, and significant life challenges. This allows me to meet clients with genuine empathy and without judgement.

I believe that when we feel safe enough to be real, change becomes possible. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you move toward a more grounded, confident, and fulfilling life.

Free 15-minute introductory call

Taking the first step can feel difficult. I offer a free, no-obligation phone chat where you can get a sense of how I work. You’re welcome to ask questions, share as much or as little as you like, and see how it feels to talk.

You’re welcome to get in touch, even if you’re unsure.
