About me
You’re self-aware. Maybe even the one everyone else leans on.
But when it comes to your own patterns, the overwhelm, the people-pleasing, the shutdowns, you feel stuck.
You know you’re repeating things and hate yourself for doing so.
You’re not looking for a therapist who just nods. Or one who tosses coping tools at the problem and moves on.
You want depth and direction.
A space that’s warm, honest, and real, not fluffy, not performative.
I’m Robbie, a qualified integrative psychotherapist.
My approach blends deep insight with behavioural change.
We explore what’s underneath the pain, the beliefs, the patterns, the strategies that once kept you safe, and then figure out what it actually takes to live differently.
Sessions are collaborative and dynamic. Sometimes reflective, sometimes practical. Sometimes gently confronting. I adapt to what YOU bring, while always holding a clear space for growth.
Clients often tell me our work feels grounding and spacious, but also real, like something’s actually shifting.
I work especially well with people in their 20s and 30s who seem “fine” on the outside but feel like they’re falling apart inside.
But I will be honest with you, this kind of work takes time. For some this could be weeks, others it could be years. I am not here to fix you, I am here to help you but you also need to do the work. But through this whole journey you will not be doing it alone.
If you are ready to give yourself the chance to see if change is possible, book a free intro call. No pressure. Just a conversation.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have completed a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling after 4 years of training, which has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of various therapeutic approaches, including integrative and person-centred techniques. This training involved extensive coursework, practical sessions, and supervised placements, ensuring I am well-prepared to offer effective and compassionate support.
My professional experience includes working with Choose Therapy, an online counselling platform where I honed my skills in providing remote therapy to a diverse clientele. I have also contributed my expertise to the NHS Talking Therapies in Sutton, where I worked with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and PTSD.
These roles, combined with my training, have given me valuable insights into the unique needs of each client, allowing me to tailor my approach to provide the most effective care. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I am committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and continuing my professional development.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
