About me
I am a qualified, experienced and UKCP accredited integrative psychotherapist. Transpersonally trained, I believe everyone's journey through life is not only unique but it also shapes how they perceive themselves. Whatever your background, life defining events or current struggles, you are welcome.
Who I work with:
Individuals and couples and I also offer EMDR therapy.
I work with a broad demographic of clients, those experiencing anxiety, depression, corporate burnout as well as many other presenting issues including those with a diagnosis such as, ADHD, personality disorders, mood and anxiety disorders. I also work with those without diagnosis, individuals who are struggling to understand why they no longer feel like themselves.
My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, drawing on various theoretical models such as Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Existential, and Transpersonal. This allows me to understand and explore the complexities of the human experience and to support clients achieve their personal growth and healing goals.
If you are experiencing mental health concerns, I'm here to support you.
I also welcome individuals who simply feel stuck or unfulfilled in life and are seeking greater self-awareness and understanding. Perhaps you have reached a point in your life where you are reflecting, missing the joy or just wondering if there is more to life.
It could be that you lost someone important in your life, maybe you are struggling with family dynamics or it could be work that is depleting you. Perhaps it is something else entirely that is the source of your discomfort, or maybe you have no idea what you are feeling, other than detached from life and those around you.
How I work:
Together, we'll explore the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten or overlooked, and I'll provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to be curious and explore your thoughts and feelings.
With couples we’ll explore how your relationship with yourselves impacts your relationship as a couple.
It's always an honour to accompany those embarking on a journey of healing and self-discovery.

Before Psychotherapy Training:
Earlier in my professional career I was heavily involved in Government Social Housing initiatives. Working on the front line, in stressful and challenging conditions. As a team leader I managed estate based teams delivering programs of community development and economic regeneration in London, funded by the DoE. This was followed by various roles in heritage and cultural services before transitioning to corporate events management.
The diversity in my own career has taught me a great deal about the demands of the corporate world and how this can be exacerbated by the nuanced and very individual challenges we often encounter in our personal lives.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
