Richard Parrott, BA (Hons), Dip Couns, Registered MBACP.
Choosing a therapist and beginning talking therapy can be daunting. There are so many different types of training, accrediting organisations, theories and modalities. There are as many types of counsellor as there are practitioners. We will all be a little different and won't all be the right fit for you.
With this in mind, I want to try to keep things as straight forward as possible. I welcome you to get in touch via phone or email so that you can ask any questions you may have and I can give you my take on what I think counselling / psychotherapy is!
I offer an initial session for £35 so that you can get a feel for the process without making any commitment to ongoing work. My aim will be to make the most of those 50 minutes in that introductory session so it isn't just a meet and greet.
I work in Cannon Street / Bank and in Walthamstow. Please let me know which location you are enquiring about when you get in touch.
