About me
I am a therapeutic counsellor working with people experiencing challenges in their private and professional lives. My approach is gentle, and I will be guided by you to work in the way that is most appropriate for you.
You may come knowing exactly what you want to work on, or you may come with several issues that are troubling you. Indeed, you may not know what you want to work on, and we can navigate that together.
I work in a way that helps you to connect with your authentic self as you develop ways to accept who you are and tune into your intuition. I will listen with care and without judgment. For example, I work with people who are having difficulties with life transitions and those having relationship challenges such as toxic behaviours, emotional abuse and betrayal.
I also work with people that are facing neurodivergence challenges, who may or may not have had a diagnosis. If, for example, you are struggling to deal with being accepted by those around you, we could work on conflicts you may have between how you want to be and how you feel you need to be to please others.
Additional Information
Before my counsellor training I was a Chief Financial Officer. I decided to leave the corporate world as I recognised that my destiny was leading me to take a different path. In my own life I have received counselling and therapy as I navigated several personal and professional challenges. The rigorous training at Sweet Track required me to explore my relationship with myself and others and develop my own spirituality and way of being.
I offer in-person, online and “walk & talk” sessions.

I completed my counselling training at Sweet Track Spiritual Counselling in Glastonbury where I achieved a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. From that training the following have influenced the way I work with clients:

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
