About us

Hello I'm Pam.

I am a compassionate and experienced psychotherapist dedicated to supporting adults navigating a wide range of mental health and psychological challenges. My specialty lies in addressing the lasting effects of trauma, which can manifest as anxiety, low self-confidence, people-pleasing behaviors, communication difficulties, or persistent low mood.

With extensive training and years of experience, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs, helping them overcome obstacles and build resilience. Whether you’re dealing with trauma-related issues or other mental health concerns, I provide a safe, supportive space to foster healing and personal growth.

I run a private practice where I offer face to face sessions in my dedicated therapy room in my residential clinic based in Cippenham. I also offer virtual and telephone therapy.
