Self reflection and exploration through artmaking. Confidential, online Art Therapy for adults.
Rebecca Wood graduated Art Psychotherapy (MSc) in 2015 from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.
Rebecca has since worked with a wide variety of adults and young people who have experienced various challenges or difficulties.
This has included people affected by trauma, abuse, neglect, loss, attachment and relational difficulties as well as supporting people with mental health diagnoses such as PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), eating difficulties, substance use, self harm, suicidal ideation, depression and low self esteem.
Rebecca offers a non judgemental approach, working in line with your needs and at your pace.
Other areas of therapeutic interest includes exploring dream content through artmaking which can often shine a light on the more hidden parts of the psyche.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
