About me

With over 15 years of experience, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals and families to navigate life’s most difficult transitions. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or the weight of past trauma, my goal is to help you feel truly seen and heard.

As an Integrative therapist, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I combine person-centred and psychodynamic theories with practical, action-oriented tools like Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), CBT and TF_CBT. My training as a Clinical Trauma Professional allows me to help you process deep emotional pain while building the resilience needed to move forward.

In our first sessions, we will focus on building trust and identifying the patterns holding you back. From there, we will create a tailored plan to help you regain control and get your life back.

I know that taking the first step towards therapy can be difficult. I offer a free initial video consultation so you can have a chance to connect with me before a first session. We can discuss what brought you to seek support, what your hopes are for therapy and you can ask me any questions about how I work.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), an accredited Professional Standards Authority. I grew up in the UK but trained as an integrative psychotherapist in the US.

I received my Masters in Clinical Social Work in 2009, this is the equivalent of a UK Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have additional training in DBT and as a Clinical Trauma Professional. I have over 15 years of experience working in school, charity and private practice settings.
