Hello and welcome.
I am Reb - an integrative counsellor based in Norwich, seeing clients via video and telephone.
Do you need support with anxiety, trauma, or building upon your self worth, confidence and resilience?
You may want to talk about relationships or disruptive thoughts.
You may be looking for a friendly space to talk about your life, any areas of overwhelm or dreams for your future.
I am here to help.
Whatever your specific needs, we can establish a way of working on them, together, where we can fully focus on you.
Some people have certain goals they want to work towards in counselling, whilst others are looking for a more general sense of support in their everyday lives.

Before starting my private practice, I worked for three years at Norfolk & Waveney Mind, where I worked with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
