About me

Hello and welcome.

I am Rebecca - an integrative counsellor based in Norwich, currently working online and telephone. I WILL SOON BE AVAILABLE FOR FACE TO FACE SESSIONS. Please do enquire if this is of interest to you.

I have experience in working with depression and anxiety, various traumas, as well as helping people build upon their self worth, confidence and resilience.
Whatever your specific needs, we can establish a way of working on them, together, where we can fully focus on you.
Some people have certain goals they want to work towards in counselling, whilst others are looking for a more general sense of support in their everyday lives.

I use traditional talking therapy, blended with other therapeutic methods such as visualisation, deep feelings work, and philosophical curiosity - and I invite you to be open to trying different techniques in order to gently challenge yourself and see what works for you. Ultimately, the sessions are yours to use however you feel is beneficial, with me there to support and offer my perspective of what you bring.

Please do get in contact if you have any questions, or to arrange a free initial phone call with me.
