About me

Hello and welcome.

I am Reb - an integrative counsellor based in Norwich, seeing clients via video and telephone.

I have experience in working with depression and anxiety, various traumas, as well as helping people build upon their self worth, confidence and resilience.

You may be looking for a friendly space to talk about your life, any areas of overwhelm or dreams for your future.
Whatever your specific needs, we can establish a way of working on them, together, where we can fully focus on you.
Some people have certain goals they want to work towards in counselling, whilst others are looking for a more general sense of support in their everyday lives.

Please do get in contact if you have any questions, or to arrange a free initial phone call with me.

Training, qualifications & experience

Diploma in Integrative Counselling - Middlesex University

Certificate in Counselling Skills - Matrix College of Counselling & Psychotherapy

BA (Hons) in Fine Art - Anglia Ruskin University

Before starting my private practice, I worked for three years at Norfolk & Waveney Mind, where I worked with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues.
