About me

Sometimes life just feels like too much.
You might be carrying anxiety, old wounds or a sense of being stuck, unsure who you are anymore, or where to even begin. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety and past traumas, often feeling like they’ve lost touch with who they are. Together, we gently untangle the pressure, the self-doubt, and the weight of what you’ve been carrying so you can start feeling more like you again.
My approach is humanistic and client led. That means you’re in charge of the pace, the direction, even when we begin or end therapy. I see you as the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, curiosity, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I bring realness and humour into the room. Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I know what it’s like to feel lost, and I aim to create a space that feels collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth.
Our work might look like rebuilding your confidence, learning to trust your own voice, or finally feeling able to say “no” without guilt. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and to support you as you come home to yourself.

If any of this resonates, I’d love to hear from you.
