About me

As a psychotherapist I am dedicated to customising your therapy sessions to ensure they fully support and align with your unique needs. I work in a way that holistically looks at you as a whole. I bring in techniques from a range of therapy modalities, these include person-centred therapy, emotion focused therapy, and gestalt therapy. I focus on the therapeutic relationship, one where we can build a safe, non-judgmental space that is comfortable for you to explore your emotions and experiences and empowers you to develop insight, coping skills and resilience in the face of lifes challenges.

Life can be difficult and sharing our struggles with friends and family is not always the best way forward for us. This is why having a space where you can work through difficult thoughts and feelings is important and I can hold that space for you as often as needed.

I have a wealth of experience and have done a lot of research covering a variety of topics. This includes research and work with adverse childhood experiences, these can range from abuse and neglect to poverty and separation from a loved one. I work with trauma, relationship difficulties, chronic illnesses, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and confidence issues.

If you feel my services would be a good fit let's work together to create a safe and empowering space for your personal growth.
