Hello, If you are looking for a sensitive, non-judgemental therapist, who will accept you for who you are and what you bring, then you have come to the right place.
I am a fully insured, qualified humanistic counsellor working in a Person-centred way. Within my private practice, I am pleased to be able to offer you face-to-face , telephone and online (Zoom) sessions.
My work is with adults (over 18) who are experiencing difficulties or wishing to make a change in their life; at times people may feel a need for support when making important decisions, counselling can help to clarify options that might be available to the individual.
My experience is with loss and bereavement, cancer and life-shortening diseases, terminal illness and palliative care, alongside stress and anxiety.
I am committed to offering a service that is welcoming to all in a supportive, non-judgmental, and non-discriminatory manner.
As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work within the BACP ‘Ethical Framework for Counsellors’, and also the BACP Guidelines for Online Counselling and Psychotherapy. Information relating to both of these documents can be found at www.bacp.co.uk.
Please feel free to drop me an email, call, text or visit my Linkedin page.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
