About me
I specialise in supporting clients navigating stress, anxiety, grief and relationship difficulties.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in mood, or unsure of yourself and your emotions. Perhaps life feels heavier than it should, or you find yourself overthinking, worrying, or feeling on edge without fully understanding why.
For some clients, this is connected to grief or loss. For others, it is shaped by painful or difficult relationship experiences, including patterns that repeat or leave you feeling unsure of yourself with others.
I have experience supporting clients with:
Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Bereavement, miscarriage, and baby loss
Relationship difficulties, including the impact of unhealthy or painful relationships
Low mood and depression
Feelings of isolation or disconnection
You might be noticing:
Overthinking or constant self-doubt
Feeling anxious, tense, or emotionally “on edge”
Difficulty trusting yourself or others
Patterns in relationships that feel hard to change
A sense of carrying things alone, even when others are around you
You may also be seeking support following a specific experience such as bereavement, miscarriage, trauma, or the impact of abuse or violence.
Whatever has brought you here, we can begin to explore it together.
I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.
My approach is relational and reflective. This means we will not only focus on what is happening in the present, but also gently explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be shaping how you feel.
Therapy is a space to begin making sense of things at your own pace, without pressure.
Therapy can support you to:
Understand your thoughts and emotions more clearly
Make sense of past and present experiences
Recognise and shift unhelpful patterns
Feel more grounded, steady, and less overwhelmed
I offer online counselling to clients across the UK.
I also offer a free initial consultation, giving us a chance to briefly discuss what’s bringing you to therapy and whether working together feels right for you.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
