About me

Hi, are you feeling overwhelmed with life pressures, stuck, or disconnected from yourself?

You don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m Rebecca, a qualified Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and founder of The Mind Body and Soul Hub. I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is going on for you, openly and at your own pace.

How I Work
My approach is person-centred, which means I place you at the heart of the process. I believe you already hold the capacity for growth and change and my role is to support you in accessing it.

Together, we build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, honesty, and acceptance. Many of my clients tell me this is the first place they’ve truly felt seen or heard.

I don’t just focus on thoughts alone. At The Mind Body and Soul Hub, my work explores the deeper connection between your mind, body, and emotions, helping you understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Often, what we experience as anxiety, stress, or even physical symptoms can be linked to unresolved emotions. Therapy can help you gently process these, reconnect with yourself, and move towards a more fulfilling and authentic life.

What I Can Help With
I work with adults 18+ experiencing a range of challenges, including:

Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
Depression and low mood
Trauma and developmental trauma
Relationship difficulties
Low self-esteem and confidence
Bereavement and loss
Childhood experiences and attachment issues
Feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected
(Please see a full list of areas I work with in the training and experience section)
Whether you’re facing a specific issue or simply feel something isn’t quite right, therapy can help you make sense of things and create meaningful change.

What to Expect
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. That’s why I offer a free initial consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and see if I’m the right fit for you.

I offer flexible ways of working to suit your needs:

-Face-to-face sessions
-Online or telephone therapy
-Walk and Talk therapy in nature

My aim is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, without fear of judgement and supported enough to grow.

My work is deeply personal to me. I know what it’s like to need a space to be heard and not always find it. That’s why I’m passionate about offering something different, a place where you can choose yourself, explore who you are, and begin to unlock your full potential.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If something in this profile resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. We can start with a conversation and take it from there at your pace. Please feel free to check out my website www.thembshub.co.uk and contact me for a consultation call.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
