I'm very passionate about helping people and have committed my career to doing so. I've 10 years experience in counselling and I'm experienced in working with people to achieve what they want to from the experience.
I enjoy working with people and put the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the counselling process. I use a range of techniques and theory to best support you, it's very much a collaborative process, focussed on achieving positive well-being for yourself.
The kind of counselling I offer is to adults on a one to one basis. This takes place at my private practice in Warrington town centre.
In addition, I've 11 years experience in the Health and Social Care field managing a Complex Care service. I'm interested in people and mental health. I deliver training in the local area and also am a mental health champion in the local area, promoting positive mental health messages.
If you think you may need some help with the day to day anxiety of life, your emotional wellbeing, or even just someone to talk to, then please do not hesitate to get in touch by telephone or by email.

A counselling sessions last for 50 minutes, and the cost is £45 per hour.
The first session is a consultation session and explores how I can best help you, and equally, if you feel comfortable in working with me. This session will frame our work together and give you a direction of the work to take place to support you with achieving positive outcomes in therapy.
I offer and open ended contract. The end of the counselling process very much depends on how our work together is developing and is informed by your experience as well as mine.
If it does arise that you’re unable to attend your appointment then please contact me asap via phone or email. A minimum of 24 hours notice is expected, failure to do so will result in you paying the full charge of the session. In extreme circumstances exceptions can be made. If I’m required to cancel I will endeavour to give at least 24 hours notice.
I work with adults only. I specialise in working with males, and also people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities.
As a man that has experienced his own personal difficulties over the years, I can certainly understand the stigma attached to a man opening up about how he feels, and feeling comfortable to do so. It’s essential that we overcome this attitude that exists so that people can access the help they need.
I’ve studied culture and identity extensively and have an interesting in working with such minority groups within society.
In addition; I can speak moderate Punjabi if you would find this helpful please let me know.
