About me
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step - especially if you’ve been carrying things alone for a long time, feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to turn. You might be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or a sense of not quite feeling “enough.” Whatever has brought you here, you deserve a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and be met with warmth, care, and respect. I am an integrative counsellor offering compassionate, person-centred support. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to you as an individual. Together, we can start to make sense of things.
I lived abroad for almost ten years, which has given me a deep appreciation for cultural diversity. Whether you're navigating identity, belonging, or adjusting to life changes, I offer a sensitive and inclusive space. As a specialist Mental Health Mentor working with Neurodiverse University students, I have an extensive understanding of the Autism Spectrum.
If something here resonates with you, or you're just not feeling like yourself. I warmly invite you to reach out. You don’t have to have everything figured out -just a willingness to take that first step. I would be honoured to walk alongside you and support you on your journey toward greater understanding, self-compassion, and well-being.

Further information
I offer counselling sessions online via secure video platforms, allowing clients to access support from the comfort and privacy of their own space. Online therapy can be just as effective as in-person counselling and offers flexibility for those balancing work, study, family commitments, or living in different locations.
Before our first session, I will send a secure Microsoft Teams link along with information about how the session will work. All sessions are confidential and conducted in line with professional ethical guidelines and GDPR requirements.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centred. I work at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you, creating a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.
Online sessions last 60 minutes. I encourage clients to choose a quiet, private space where they feel comfortable speaking openly. If needed, we can also discuss ways to create a safe and confidential environment for sessions.
If you are new to counselling or unsure about online therapy, I am happy to arrange an initial conversation to help you decide whether this feels like the right support for you.
