About me

I'm a Leeds based counsellor and supervisor in training, accredited with the NCPS, with experience working with children and young people in the school setting with a wide range of issues. I also have experience of working with adults with anxiety based issues.

I specialise in working with people of all ages who are dealing with all types of distress and anxiety, from a wide range of issues. I am an integrative, compassionate counsellor who adapts to the individual, believing that no one style or type of therapy works best. I believe in being creative, open and adaptable, and my approach is varied based on the needs of the individual. I have experience of working with people with neurodiversity and the challenges that can bring.

I have lived experience of teenage challenges and attachment difficulties, as well as managing high levels of anxiety.

3.5 years experience as working as a full time school therapist for the organisation Northpoint - in person working with children and young people from ages 5 to 18 years in the school setting
