Supervision details
I am Rachel Tandy, a practicing integrative counsellor and trainee supervisor, and if you are looking for a counselling supervisor for either online, telephone or face-to-face supervision, then I welcome you to read on and get in touch to see if we could work together.
Finding the right supervisor for you is a really important decision, and the relationship between supervisor and supervisee is one that should make you feel comfortable to be able to grow and develop your practice, in the service of your client. In counselling, you are the resource, and I believe that supervision is key to protecting and enhancing that resource.
I hold a Diploma of Higher Education in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Level 4), a Diploma of Higher Education in Hypnotherapy, a Certificate of Online and Telephone Counselling and I am working towards a Certificate in Clinical Supervision Including Online and Telephone Working.
I am an experienced therapist working predominantly in an organisation as a school therapist, my clients are children and young people (aged 5 to 18) with a wide range of issues. I also work online and via telephone for a charity supporting adults with anxiety.
I believe the best way to see if I would be the right person to act as your supervisor would be to have a chat and discussion about your needs, and what I might be able to offer. Please get in touch with me and we can arrange an initial online or telephone appointment, free of charge.
