BSc (hons) clinical Supervisor Tutor EMDR MNCPS (Prof acc),

About me

Welcome,

Life can be incredibly complex and overwhelming, leaving us feeling alone, misunderstood, vulnerable, and unable to cope. Then, heaping blame onto ourselves for that feeling, I am here to help. The following are just a fraction of the questions and mental health issues I work through with my clients.

  • Why and how is depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and lack of self-worth controlling my life and making me react in ways I don't understand that seem out of my control?
  • Why do I react the way I do and make the decisions I do, only to regret it later?
  • Why do we choose our relationships and friendships only to find we have repeated bad past experiences?
  • Is there a possibility that I can change where I am in my life, and learn how to gain clarity, peace, and calm?

Everyone is unique, and in a safe, non-judgmental, warm environment, we can begin to understand the whys together.

I work in an integrative way, meaning I draw from different theories to help us understand your unique self, prioritising our relationship and your privacy at the very pinnacle of our work. I also worked with the Sue Lambert Trust in Norwich and now work with survivors in transition (SIT)  and have a compassionate understanding of trauma and abuse from the past and present.

I also tutor at the levels of 3, 4, and 5 Advanced Diploma and can mentor any students with their learning.

I hold a Level 6 Diploma in Supervision, and I can assist with your client work, interventions, and theories used. Exploring transference and countertransference, building our relationship and also the broader context of professional needs, training opportunities, creating/strengthening   a private practice, personal goals  and the law

I work from a very private office with plenty of free parking outside, or just a short 10-minute walk from Cromer town centre and the train station. I also have an office in Norwich town centre.
