About me

I meet you where you are. You are the expert of your life & we will work through your difficulties in a way that will enable & empower you.

I work with an integrated approach as I believe there is no 'one size fits all' for therapy. I use a mix of person-centred and low-level CBT approaches. I help to facilitate the process and enable you to grow.

I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space. Whether you need a safe space to explore a number of different issues or you may need a more structured approach with a goal-focused end result.

The first session will be exploring how we can work together and find out what you are expecting or need from therapy.

All sessions will be guided from you so that we are always working to your agenda. What we do or don't explore and talk about is up to you.

Training, qualifications & experience

Level 5 Professional Diploma In Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice Course (Prof. Dip Psy C.)

I have over 200 practice hours working in a suicide and self-harm prevention charity where I then moved on to work within a new organisation as part of a new scheme in partnership with GP practices.
