About me
I am a qualified, experienced, and chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working therapeutically with children, teenagers, and adults. I offer a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR for trauma, CBT for anxiety and low mood, and psychodynamic therapy to explore deeper emotional and relational patterns.
My career has included roles in NHS CAMHS, charities, educational, and residential settings, supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I have particular expertise in working with neurodivergent clients, including autistic children and adults. I am trained in delivering gold-standard autism assessments (ADOS and ADI‑R), which informs my understanding of neurodivergent presentations across age groups. While I don’t currently offer formal diagnostic assessments, this training supports my therapeutic work with autistic clients in a respectful, strengths-based way.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping people heal from emotional wounds, better understand themselves, and move towards a more connected, balanced, and fulfilling life.
If you’re considering therapy and would like to find out more, I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation. Please get in touch and I’ll respond within 48 hours to arrange a suitable time to talk.
I look forward to hearing from you.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
