About me

If you’ve found yourself here you maybe feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a space to breathe, reflect, and be heard. Whatever brings you here, I want you to know that you’re not alone and you’ve taken a brave first step.

My name is Rachel, and I offer a kind, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, life transitions, or just feel like something isn’t quite right, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your life at a pace that feels safe and manageable. I work in a flexible, person-centred way, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to support your unique needs, with empathy and understanding at the heart of our work together.

Sometimes we put therapy off, thinking we should be able to manage on our own, or we simply don’t prioritise our own wellbeing. But gaining insight into where certain behaviours or patterns come from can be transformative helping us understand ourselves better, shift unhelpful habits, and strengthen our relationships with ourselves and those around us. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a safe space to talk, I’m here to walk alongside you patiently and with care towards greater clarity, confidence and calm.
