About me

I offer a client-led approach, working with the types of therapy that will specifically help you with your needs. I work with a primarily person-centred style, focusing on creating safe, inclusive, and accessible therapeutic environments, so that everyone may have access to the support they deserve.

I work both in-person in East Belfast and remotely - via Zoom, WhatsApp, phone calls and other safe platforms. I have availability Mon-Fri with multiple evening slots.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a BACP-accredited counsellor; meaning that my practice meets the BACP's higher standard as a competent, ethical and independent practitioner.

My areas of speciality include personality disorders, bereavement, anxiety, panic, OCD, LGBTQ+ issues, self-esteem, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.

I offer a safe, warm and non-judgemental space for clients of all backgrounds. Whether you're struggling with something specific or just feeling overwhelmed, I'm here to listen and walk alongside you at your own pace. I believe that with the right support, everyone can find a better way forward.
