About me

I am an Integrative, psychotherapeutic counsellor offering a safe and supportive space for adults to explore their thoughts and feelings. With integrative training, I am able to draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs. This flexibility allows me to tailor our work together, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

My approach is trauma-informed (Level 5 registered) and focused on building trust, safety, and understanding.

I work collaboratively and see therapy as a shared process, where we work together to make sense of your experiences and move towards what feels meaningful and helpful for you. You are the expert on your own life, and I aim to support and empower you in discovering your own insights and strengths.

I work with empathy, compassion, and without judgement, offering a space where all parts of you are welcome. Whether you are facing specific challenges or simply seeking greater self-understanding, I will meet you with openness and respect.

I offer both face-to-face and online sessions.

I am a registered member of the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society), and I adhere to their professional standards and ethical framework in my practice.

Training, qualifications & experience

I’m an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with a Level 5 Diploma and a Registered Trauma-Informed Practitioner (Level 5). I am a registered member of the NCPS and have completed Level 4 accredited safeguarding training for both children and adults.

I have three years’ experience working within the charity sector and private practice, alongside 10 years of experience working with schools and communities. This has given me a broad understanding of the different challenges people can face throughout their lives and the importance of creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where individuals feel heard and understood.

I have experience supporting clients with a range of concerns, including addiction, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, ADHD, relationship difficulties, trauma, stress and feelings of overwhelm.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different therapeutic approaches to work collaboratively with each individual, recognising that everyone’s experiences and needs are unique. My trauma-informed approach places particular importance on safety, compassion, choice and empowerment, allowing clients to explore their experiences at their own pace.
