About me

I understand that taking the first step into counselling can be scary, but I am pleased that you are here and looking for the right therapist for you!

Counselling is a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings. Your feelings are yours, and I am looking forward to listening. I will provide you with a safe, confidential space to talk through any challenges you might be facing.

We can have an initial discussion on the phone to talk about your needs and answer any questions you might have before we begin our sessions. Sessions can be conducted over the telephone, messaging or video calls.

As a Pluralistic counsellor, I am trained in many different approaches, so I can use the one that will be the best for your needs. My work offers you time and space to share and explore the issues that have brought you to therapy, and we will work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I began counselling training in 2019 to gain a formal qualification after supporting people for over 20 years. I have been an accredited counsellor for over 3 years now and have experience working with many issues, including loss and bereavement, stress, depression, low self-esteem and self-worth.
