About me

** All sessions are currently online via Zoom**

**Currently having phone issues and unable to receive phone calls, please email or make a call back request**

Hi, I’m Poppy.

I am an integrative counsellor offering one-to-one counselling. Our work together can be short or long term, depending on your needs. I work in a collaborative way, meaning I work alongside you to help you to reach your goals, explore your challenges and tell your story. Counselling is a safe, confidential space where we can talk through what you need, it is your time and I am here for you.

I have worked with all ages throughout my career so far and value every relationship formed. I work hard to ensure you feel valued, understood and secure. My job is to support you on your journey in finding a happier, more fulfilling life.

I have been working with children and young people for over 10 years in a variety of settings (within schools, private practice, charity sector). Through my own struggles as a teenager I am passionate about helping the young people in our lives. Now taking bookings for Zoom sessions for 13 years + and will be returning to work with children aged 5+ later this year.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) which means I abide by their code of ethics. More information about the NCPS can be found here - https://nationalcounsellingsociety.org

Taking that first step in reaching out can be hard, thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I hope to hear from you soon.

If you would like to know any more about the counselling I offer or if you’d like to book an initial session, please get in touch.
