About me
I believe we can't change what we haven't understood. You may have spent months, even years, feeling stuck in ways you can't seem to shift. But perhaps those patterns once protected you, helped you cope or kept you connected when you needed them. Together, we'll explore how you got here, then begin the harder work of deciding what still serves you, what doesn't, and what you want to do differently.
I believe therapy should not be a passive experience: it should ask something of both of us. At times, I will challenge you, because growth rarely comes from staying where it feels comfortable. We'll practice facing uncertainty, tolerating difficult emotions and doing things differently, so you can build greater freedom from the patterns that once controlled you.
I believe in our ability to face difficult things together. We'll talk honestly about what's working and what isn't, and adjust course when needed. I've seen people find strength they didn't know they had when they begin facing things they've spent years avoiding or fearing. You don't need to have it all figured out. When you're ready, let's begin.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
