About me
I am an integrative therapist and counsellor offering in-person therapy in London (Queens Park NW6 and Islington N5) and online therapy across the UK and internationally.
I specialise in therapy for low confidence and self-esteem, relationship and attachment difficulties, anxiety and stress, trauma recovery, and life transitions.
Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can find a way forward.
I see therapy as a deeply transformative process. It offers a space to slow down and pay attention to our inner experience, to the gap between how life appears and how it actually feels. Through this exploration, we can begin to bring things back into alignment so that your life feels more authentic, grounded, and joyful.
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space, grounded in curiosity, care, and collaboration. My work is calm, thoughtful, and attuned to your individual experience.
Training, qualifications & experience
I'm a qualified, BACP-registered integrative therapist and counsellor.
Working integratively means I tailor my approach to each person, meeting you compassionately where you are.
I work with clients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, offering a space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.
I have a particular interest in supporting women to move beyond the challenges that hold them back from living with confidence, authenticity, and empowerment.
I also work with highly sensitive people, helping them navigate a world that can often feel overwhelming and to harness their sensitivity as a strength rather than something to manage alone.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
I currently have availability to see clients both in person in London and online.
If you like, we can begin with a free 15-minute Zoom call. This is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore how we might work together. There’s no pressure - just space to ask questions and see if it feels like a good fit.
An initial 15-minute Zoom session is free. For 50-minute, ongoing sessions, I operate on a sliding scale fee of between £70 - £90 per session, depending upon your circumstances, to be paid by BACS prior to the session. I also have a limited number of concession rate sessions available at £55 per session.
Face-to-face sessions take place in Islington N5 (1-minute walk from Highbury and Islington tube) and Queens Park NW6 (5-minute walk from Queen's Park station and a 10-minute walk from Brondesbury Park station). The Queens Park practice is wheelchair accessible.
