About me
I offer a calm, reflective space where you can explore what’s happening in your life, what feels difficult, and what you may want to change. My approach is existential and relational: I work alongside you to understand your themes, dilemmas, patterns, and emotional world, helping you make sense of your lived experience and move towards the adjustments or changes you’re seeking.
Clients come to me with many different experiences — depression, anxiety, stress, worry, grief, bereavement, relationship tension or breakdown, identity questions, confidence issues, burnout, health concerns, and periods of transition or uncertainty. Together we explore thoughts, feelings, family dynamics, relationships, identity, motivation, and the challenges that arise across the lifespan.
My role is not to diagnose or direct, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, find clarity, and develop ways of living that feel more grounded, meaningful, and manageable.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Additional information
I offer a free 20‑minute consultation so we can meet, discuss what you’re looking for, and decide together whether we’d like to work in the style and approach I offer and then book the first 50-minute session.
50 minutes sessions are paid in advance by bank transfer. This supports your commitment to your emotional health and well‑being. Session frequency and duration are discussed collaboratively and as a guide:
6–8 sessions can help explore a specific issue.
30+ sessions support deeper, long‑term work around repeating or complex themes.
How sessions work:
Sessions take place via telephone or online, so you can meet from a private, comfortable space at home. You’ll need a quiet, uninterrupted environment.
If home isn’t suitable, I also offer walking therapy, combining movement, nature, and reflective conversation.
My approach in one sentence:
I help you explore who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to live — with depth, warmth, and reflective presence.
