About me

If you want to work through your anxiety, feel more confident and stop having one sided relationships, I can help you. If any of the following resonates, please book an intro call and we can have a chat about working together:

  • You feel emotionally exhausted or always worried
  •  You do not feel as steady or confident as you used to
  • You're struggling to process a breakup
  • You worry that you are “too much”
  • You feel on edge or struggle to switch off
  • You want to work through a single-event trauma (something happened and you're not feeling like yourself since)
  • You are aware of your patterns but can't shift them
  • You've been advised to seek EMDR therapy by another clinician

I use different types of therapies to meet your needs, including EMDR therapy when clinically appropriate. It is important that we align on your goals and work collaboratively, so pacing therapy and building trust together is essential to the therapeutic process.  If you'd like to have a chat before booking an assessment, please book an introductory 15-20minutes phone call.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have expertise working with trauma, eating disorders, chronic health conditions such as HIV, and relational wounds.

I have experience working with:

Intrusive memories and PTSD symptoms
Trauma linked to specific events
Patterns shaped by earlier experiences, particularly relationships
Burnout related to underlying trauma
I have worked across NHS and private practice settings, including specialist services for complex trauma, eating disorders, and mood difficulties.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I provided trauma-focused psychological support to frontline healthcare professionals.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, offering a safer and collaborative space to explore your experiences at your own pace.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
