About me
I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor working with adults in the UK and internationally. I offer one-to-one therapy online and in-person in Hackney in both English and Greek. My approach is flexible and accessible, tailored to suit individual needs and circumstances.
I offer a warm, safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel empowered to explore their inner world, uncover solutions, and grow in self-awareness. I believe that the answers lie within us all, and the therapeutic journey helps to illuminate the path towards healing and transformation.
I have experience working in the voluntary sector, supporting people recovering from severe mental health challenges, along with their families and carers. During that time my work involved offering individual in-person guidance, facilitating support groups, and providing support and advice over the phone, helping people navigate difficult times with care and understanding.
I have also worked in various roles with children and young people’s charities. This work deepened my understanding of advocacy and support, particularly around early childhood development, youth participation, parenting, and special educational needs and disabilities.
Alongside my private practice, I work with a specialist mental health charity, offering in-person and online trauma-informed therapy to women who have experienced domestic abuse.
Overall I have worked with a wide range of diverse clients in areas such as mental health, parenting, caregiving, special education needs and disabilities, ADHD, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, shame, domestic abuse, low confidence, low self-esteem, relationship issues, work related issues, sleep issues, suicidal ideation, trauma, loss, bereavement, grief, loneliness, stuckness.
These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face and the resilience they can cultivate.
My approach
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, including person-centred, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy. This allows me to adapt my client-led, non-directive approach to best support each person’s unique journey.
My practice follows the Petruska Clarkson 5 relational integration framework, which places the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the healing process. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is fundamental to achieving meaningful change. Every client is unique and an expert in their own life experiences. My role is to listen to you and offer you a confidential space to process your emotions and experiences, helping you make sense of them and collaboratively helping you move forward in whatever direction feels right for you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Session Information
- I offer short-term and long-term counselling depending on clients’ circumstances and goals. Individual preferences can be discussed during the initial consultation and/or during the first/assessment session.
- Sessions last 50 minutes and can be online, in-person or a combination. They usually take place weekly on the same day and time of the week.
- The first session is partly an introductory session and partly an assessment session. It lasts 50 minutes and is charged at the usual rate. This session will be an opportunity for me to find out more about you, your goals and expectations, and whether I can help.
