About me

I’m a psychotherapist who helps clients navigate personal and professional challenges. I offer a confidential space where you can explore difficult material, gain understanding and clarity, and improve the quality of your life.

When our life, relationships or jobs don’t go as we want, it can be frustrating and upsetting. This may lead to stress, feeling down, depression, or burnout. Speaking with a therapist can help us understand our thinking patterns and find a way forward.

With many years of experience in finance and business development—working on trading floors in The City and New York—and having lived in different countries, I bring a rich and unique personal perspective to my practice.

Being an integrative psychotherapist allows me to use various therapeutic methods to tailor the process to your specific situation. We can explore how past experiences shape your current behaviours and relationships while also address present challenges to help you align with meaning and purpose.

I believe you have the right answers within you—therapy helps to uncover your answers. No matter how stuck you feel, together we can help you gain a fresh perspective, foster personal growth and find a way forward.

Getting Started/What to expect from a First Session:

If you’re curious about working together, feel free to get in touch via email or through my website. We can arrange a free 20-minute call (by phone or Zoom) where you can ask any questions, talk about what’s on your mind, and see whether I might be the right therapist for you.

If we decide to go ahead, the first session is a chance for us to talk in more detail about what’s brought you to therapy, what’s happening in your life right now, and what you’d like to get out of the process.

I understand that beginning therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to create a collaborative and compassionate environment where you can explore even the most challenging issues in a way that supports your growth and healing.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have extensive experience through my training at CCPE (Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education), working with various charities, including Maytree Suicide Respite Centre, the NHS Mental Health Service and my private practice. I support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, addiction, trauma, relationship and career issues.

I’m an accredited member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society and a Registered Member of the BACP. I adhere to their code of ethics and am committed to complete confidentiality, ethical practice, and utmost discretion.
