About me
Welcome to my profile and it's lovely to meet you.
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck or under pressure, often balancing demanding careers, relationships and high expectations. Many come with anxiety, burnout, low mood, intrusive thoughts, or a confusion as to why they’re not reaching their potential. Others are navigating difficult relationship dynamics or loss. In a safe, non judgemental space, we explore what’s driving these patterns and develop new ways to respond. My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored, helping to build clarity, resilience, self-understanding and a stronger sense of direction in your life.
I’ll help you make sense of what’s no longer working and build steadier, more satisfying ways to live. I’ve gained extensive experience working with a range of clients in an integrated, trauma-informed way, empowering them to gain greater agency over their lives.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to coping alone. You don’t have to figure things out by yourself. If you’re ready to understand what’s happening and find a clearer way forward, I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can begin at a pace that feels right for you.
Clients I work with often tell me they feel lighter, more grounded, and more able to make sense of things. With time, you may begin to:
- Understand yourself on a deeper level
- Develop healthier coping strategies
- Improve confidence and emotional resilience
- Build more fulfilling relationships
- Regain a sense of purpose and peace
If you’re ready to feel more in control and less alone, I’m here.
You’re welcome to message me to ask any questions or book an initial session I’d be glad to support you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

What you can expect
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, I take a holistic, integrative approach. Each individual brings unique experiences, cultural perspectives, and goals. Together, we will identify the therapeutic approach that best suits your needs. I draw from various evidence-based approaches, including trauma-informed, CBT, psychodynamic, and person-centred.
