About me

I am a qualified therapist working in Shoreditch and Tower Bridge. My service is confidential and professional with a commitment to creating a warm, thoughtful and transparent environment. I offer one to one short and long-term counselling on a weekly basis and I am well experienced in working successfully with a wide range of people. Everyone is different and there is no one approach that fits all so I draw on a range of approaches depending on your needs and the time we have.

What’s next?

Get in touch: You can email or call me to arrange an initial meeting. Should there be any difficulties with travel or access then please let me know and I will arrange a meeting via Skype.

Consultation: This gives you the opportunity to decide whether you want to commit to sessions. During this time we will talk through some of what has brought you to therapy and any thoughts, desires or worries you may have about starting. The session lasts 50 mins and is a reduced rate of £40.

Deciding: Whether it is your first experience of therapy or if it is something you have done before, finding someone you connect with is a key component of the process. If you decide I am not the right person for you, then I will do my best to refer you to another colleague or consult with you and help advise you in the right direction. If therapy is something you want to find out more about, please feel free to contact me and we can talk the details through.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
