I am a qualified therapist working in Shoreditch and Kentish Town. My service is confidential and professional with a commitment to creating a warm, thoughtful and transparent environment. I offer one to one short and long-term counselling on a weekly basis and I am well experienced in working successfully with a wide range of people. Everyone is different and there is no one approach that fits all so I draw on a range of approaches depending on your needs and the time we have.

Get in touch: You can email or call me to arrange an initial meeting. Should there be any difficulties with travel or access then please let me know and I will arrange an online meeting.

Consultation: This gives you the opportunity to decide whether you want to commit to sessions. During this time we will talk through some of what has brought you to therapy and any thoughts, desires or worries you may have about starting. The session lasts 50 mins and is a reduced rate of £50.

Deciding: Whether it is your first experience of therapy or if it is something you have done before, finding someone you connect with is a key component of the process. If you decide I am not the right person for you, then I will do my best to refer you to another colleague or consult with you and help advise you in the right direction.
