About me

Hello and welcome to my page.

I am Trish (she/her)

I am a registered Psychosexual Therapist (sex therapist), Relationship Therapist and a member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), the British Psychological Society (BPS), the International Society for Sexual Medicine (ISSM) and the Middle East Society of Sexual Medicine (MESSM).

I work with a wide range of presentations, including erectile difficulties, ejaculation concerns, low desire/loss of sexual desire, vaginismus (difficulty in penetration), dyspareunia (painful sex), orgasm problems, sex anxiety, depression, anxiety/sex anxiety, attachment issues, relationship and communication issues including cultural, religious diversity and communication. I enjoy working with diversity, culturally sensitive, LBGTQIA+ and outreach with BAME communities. I work with individuals and couples, helping them to work through issues that affect their self-esteem/confidence, relationships, and sex lives.

I have experience working in both mental and sexual and mental health as a Psychotherapist/Counsellor. I am an integrative therapist applying different therapeutic modalities using proven tools and techniques when working with clients. I have worked with Private organisations, charitable organisations, and psychosexual clinics in the NHS.

I look forward to offering you a safe space to explore solutions for your difficulties and achieve your therapy goals.
