Hi, I'm Trish. Welcome to my profile.
I am a Level 5 Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering help with:
- depression;
- anxiety;
- stress;
- relationships;
- addictions;
- grief and loss;
- and more!
I offer both personal therapy and couples therapy.
You may come for counselling overwhelmed by the way you feel and think. My aim is for you to feel comfortable and safe, to explore and understand your feelings and thoughts, and be able to move forward in a positive way.
I will support you to gain the knowledge of what is really going on, explore where those feelings have come from, and be able to process and make changes to help towards feeling happiness and more in control of your life.
Alternatively, if what you need is just a safe space to talk to someone in confidence that is fine.
I also help with relaxation techniques and self care which is crucial in today's world.
I work face to face or online. £50 per 50min session.
Couples Counselling is £60 per 50min session.
