About me
I am an integrative, collaborative, challenging therapist. I work with clients who have decided there is something they want to change about themselves to have a different future self. You do not have to know all the answers about why and how, that is something we can find out together. Many of my clients are stuck in the same patterns, same thoughts, and same behaviours that no longer work for them but cannot figure out how to change them alone. I am here to help you understand and untangle these to figure out what is it you need and want for future you.
I believe that there is no one size fits all approach and adapt my practice for every client, every session. I am a trauma-informed, emotion-focused, collaborative, relational therapist, offering a space to explore and change by offering sensitive challenges to explore new perspectives. I show up bringing myself to allow you to do the same.
Wanting to start therapy can be difficult, but you have already taken the first step by finding my page. If you are looking for a space where you can be yourself, be heard and seen, and change for future you, I hope I can be that space and navigate this change alongside you.
