About me
Hi, I'm Paige (MNCPS Acc.) and my private practice is called Red Rock Counselling. I'm an integrative counsellor based in Paignton, working from multiple locations in South Devon; Paignton, Plymouth and Dawlish. I offer one to one sessions for anyone over 18 exploring all kinds of problems. Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression or have experienced a recent bereavement, we can work together to help you through your difficulties.
I am a friendly and bubbly person who loves to sit and listen! I welcome anyone and everyone into the counselling room and will work collaboratively with you so you can get the most from our sessions. I offer a private space that is warm, safe and confidential so you can freely explore anything you may need to.
I have personal experience with loss and found bereavement counselling incredibly helpful. I believe that having this personal insight means I understand how important and life changing bereavement support can be.
Being an integrative counsellor means I can offer a range of mental health support. However, I do have a particular interest in bereavement support. I am really passionate about offering a space that is safe and comfortable for you to explore your grief and begin your journey to healing and process your loss.

- Accredited Registrant Membership with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
- Bachelors of Science (Hons) in Social and Therapeutic Interventions awarded by The University of Plymouth.
- Foundation Degree in Psychology and Counselling Skills awarded by The University Centre South Devon.
- NCFE CACHE Counselling Skills Diploma Level 3 awarded by South Devon College.
- NCFE CACHE Counselling Skills Certificate Level 2 awarded by South Devon College.
- I undergo regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training to ensure my knowledge remains up to date.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

A full 50 minute session is £50.00. However, I do also offer Low Cost Counselling which is £35.00 for 8 sessions and is available for both in-person and online sessions. Please contact me for more information!
I'm based in Paignton but offer sessions in Paignton, Dawlish and Plymouth. Please let me know which area you are looking for sessions in as the booking information is different for each location.
