About me

All of us meet with challenges in life from time to time. Sometimes we can feel overwhelmed, hopeless, or lost. Having some time in the week when we can explore life’s challenges in a safe, warm, non-judgemental space can help us gain perspective on our concerns and help life to start to feel more manageable again.

I have experience of supporting individuals with a range of different issues, including anxiety, low mood, work-related stress and living with long-term illness amongst others. I work with adults of all ages and in all stages of life. While I use a blend of different approaches, the core of my work is to treat everything you bring to counselling as valid and important, to support you to see your situation more clearly and make positive changes to your situation.

Finding the right counsellor for your needs can take time, so I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation to help you decide whether I would be the right fit for your needs. If you or I do not feel that I would be the right person to help you, I am very happy to offer advice on how to find the right counsellor for you.

I can offer in-person counselling sessions at Seachange in Budleigh Salterton. Alternatively, I can also offer online or telephone counselling too.
