About me
As a psychotherapist with over 8 years of experience, I understand that life can present unique challenges, especially for those navigating new cultures and experiences as immigrants or refugees.
I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings and find your path. I am fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
I work with individuals dealing with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship struggles, trauma and life crises. I have a strong understanding of how to explore and maintain your own identity. Also I know how to foster new relationships with friends, colleagues, and partners, as well as how to transform and preserve existing ones.
Having experienced the challenges of moving and adjusting to new countries myself, I deeply understand what it takes to navigate this transition. Through my own experience, I have learned how to maintain a sense of identity while integrating into a new culture. This journey has given me both professional insight and a deep personal understanding of the emotional challenges involved, placing me in the best position to support others facing similar transitions.
My goal is to help you process emotions, build resilience and create your own path of life.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
