About me
Find Support, and Clarity
Life is full of transitions—some joyful, some deeply challenging. Whether you're navigating marriage, divorce, parenthood, grief, bereavement, or even retirement, these moments can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or lost. If you're struggling to make sense of your emotions or feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, know that support is available.
Early-life experiences shape the way we see ourselves and the world around us. If you've faced childhood trauma—whether through domestic abuse, loss, bullying, toxic relationships, or parental substance misuse—these past experiences may still be affecting your life today. You might find yourself repeating patterns, feeling unworthy, or struggling to build healthy relationships. Healing is possible, and it begins with understanding and self-compassion.
Parenting is another journey that can bring deep joy but also complex challenges. If you're struggling with fertility, pregnancy loss, raising a neurodivergent child, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of parenthood, you don’t have to go through it alone. Your feelings are valid, and you deserve a space to explore them without judgement.
No matter what you're facing, change can feel unsettling. But you don’t have to navigate it on your own. I’m here to offer compassionate, person-centred support tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore the impact of your experiences, helping you find clarity, self-acceptance, and a path forward that truly aligns with who you are.
