About me
The first steps we take into therapy can be the most challenging but finding the right therapist to work with that you can trust and feel comfortable with can make all the difference in helping you move forward and feel safe and supported in exploring the issues you are facing. I believe therapy should be an informal, authentic and relaxing experience, so my therapeutic approach is gentle and empathetic , placing you at the centre of our therapy together and valuing your individuality rather than just working with your issue.
I run my sessions with compassion and understanding, creating a space for you to relax and focus on the changes you want to make in your life, by releasing emotional issues, repressed pains, anxiety, trauma, fears, self doubts or finding a new perspective for your current life transition.
Our lives consist of an intricate layer of connections, understanding these interactions with ourselves and others can help to resolve conflict and improve your emotional well-being and relationships. When you look inwards, you can release and heal emotional wounds, relationship trauma, draw a line under the expectations of others and reconnect to your intimate self.
If you're experiencing psychological difficulties, whether that's from the demands of daily life to deeper emotional issues and would like to talk... then let's have an informal chat by email or phone so you can ask me any questions and decide if this is the right approach for you.
Once you take the first step... you are already half way to changing your life.
