About me
Hello & welcome, if life isn’t feeling how you’d like it to be right now, or you’re wishing things felt different, I’m here to offer you the opportunity to pause and catch your breath from however you are experiencing life at the moment. I provide the space to talk through whatever’s going on, without pressure or judgement.
Are you a parent or carer looking for someone to support a young person who’s finding things tough — maybe with anxiety, identity, or social pressures. I have both personal and professional experience of working alongside young people and supporting them however l can.
As an integrative counsellor, I offer a warm, reflective space for adults, young people and children (9+). I follow your pace and focus on what feels important to you. My aim is to help you feel safe, connected and supported as you explore your thoughts and feelings.
My approach is grounded in compassion. Alongside talking therapy, I use creative, symbolic and body‑based methods — things like art, sand trays, storytelling, meditation and other expressive tools — to help you explore in a way that feels natural to you. Whether you’re facing anxiety, trauma, grief or big life changes, I offer a grounding, non‑judgmental presence to walk alongside you. Together, we can explore look at the parts of yourself that feel difficult or stuck, and support you in reconnecting with who you truly are.
I believe change happens through acceptance, understanding and genuine connection. When you feel truly heard and seen, it can be life‑changing. I believe in your ability to grow, and I’m here to support you in any way I can.
I continue to volunteer and work as a sessional counsellor with a charity who supports those affected by sexual violence, domestic abuse and sexual assault. I feel privileged to work with so many inspirational clients who are aware that their lived experience has impacted their lives and want to make a change.
If you feel we might be a good fit, please get in touch — I’d be honoured to support your wellbeing.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
